This intense five-day course prepares participants to audit a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 and ensure that the organization is competent in maintaining its quality management system. The Lead Auditor programmer will provide participants with the knowledge and abilities needed to conduct audits using generally accepted audit principles, methods, and methodologies. During this programmer, participants will get the information and abilities needed to competently organize and implement internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 19011; the ISO 17021 certification procedure.
