To acquire a CSPO accreditation, there is no Scrum Alliance Product Owner certification test.

CSPO is a participation-based credential. After successfully completing a two-day (16-hour) in-person CSPO training given by a Certified Scrum Trainer, you will be awarded a Scrum Alliance Certificate designating you as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. A two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance is required for certification

The Scrum Alliance awards the Scrum Certified Product Owner ® (CSPO) credential. Scrum Alliance Product Owner Certification increases the reputation and admiration of your sector. It also boosts your earning potential since it certifies your commitment to your Agile journey, allowing you to take on the responsibilities of the Agile Product Owner and effectively manage projects.

The payment covers the first two years of the Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification Fee.

The renewal of CSPO certification is required every two years. You must pay $100 to renew your accreditation for another two years from the date of its current expiration. Go in to https:/www.scrumalliance.org/login, navigate to your dashboard, and select the 'Renew Certification' option under the 'Actions' heading to renew your Scrum Product Owner certificate. Beginning on February 4, 2019, candidates must have obtained 20 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs) in the previous two years, in addition to the $100 renewal cost. This new rule is required to certify your participation and continuous competency in Scrum's core ideals and practices. You can earn the required SEUs by completing an educational course or learning activity.

After obtaining your basic CSPO qualification and a year of experience working as a CSPO in a Scrum Team, the next stage in your Agile journey is to obtain your Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) credential.

The Scrum Alliance issues Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Educational Units (SEUs). These can be obtained by participating in educational programmers or learning activities that confirm your involvement and continuous competency in Scrum concepts and practices. To keep your Scrum Alliance certification, you must achieve a particular amount of PDUs and SEUs every two years.

Your access to the Support Team is permanent and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The staff will assist you in addressing any issues that arise during and after the training.

This includes registrant applications to any of our CSPO education partner's planned public classes, as long as the registrant has already paid for the session. The terms and conditions listed below do not apply to registrants who join up by Purchase Order. Any cancellations and rescheduling must be communicated through email.

A) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CUSTOMER

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of registration will get a full refund.

• Cancellations submitted less than 10 days before the training will not be refunded. We may enable you to put 50% of your payment towards a future training session within one year of the cancellation date as a courtesy.

• Cancellations made 1-3 days before the session and no-shows will not be refunded and will not be applied to a future training.

• Reschedules received more than 15 days before the class date would be applied to a subsequent training date.

• Reschedules received within 10 days would be credited to a future training but would incur a reschedule charge of 10% (of the usual rate).

• Registrant replacements are allowed at any moment.

• Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.

B) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY  OUR EDUCATION PARTNER

• Our CSPO education partner maintains the right to cancel or postpone a class at any time for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, inadequate registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer was unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances.

• Our CSPO education partner is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages incurred as a result of a planned class cancellation, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties incurred due to transportation or housing arrangements.

• Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be given full credit to a future session or a complete refund, whichever they preferred.
