There is no Scrum Alliance Product Owner certification test to obtain a CSPO credential.

CSPO is a certificate based on participation. Upon successful implementation of an in-person, two-day (16-hour) CSPO course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer, you will receive a Scrum Alliance Certificate that will designate you as a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Certification involves a two-year membership of the Scrum Alliance.

The Scrum Certified Product Owner ® (CSPO) certification is given by the Scrum Alliance. Scrum Alliance Product Owner Certification strengthens your industry's credibility and appreciation. It also increases your earning potential as it validates your dedication to your Agile journey, making you eligible to take on the duties of the Agile Product Owner and effectively lead projects.

The fee paid involves the first 2 years of the Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification Cost.

The renewal of CSPO certification requires to be carried out every 2 years. You need to pay $100 to extend your credential for another 2 years from the date of your present expiry date. To renew your Scrum Product Owner certificate, log in to https:/www.scrumalliance.org/login, go to your dashboard and choose the' Renew Certification ' option accessible under the' Actions' heading. Starting on 4 February 2019, applicants are now needed to obtain 20 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs) over the last two years, in addition to the $100 renewal fee to be paid. This new rule is necessary to validate your involvement and ongoing competence in Scrum's basic values and procedures. You can receive the necessary SEUs by finishing an educational training or learning opportunity.

Your next step on your Agile path after you have earned your foundational CSPO certificate and a year of experience working as a CSPO on a Scrum Team is to attain your Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO) certificate.

PDUs and SEUs are Professional Development Units and Scrum Educational Units, issued by the Scrum Alliance. They can be earned by completing educational training or learning opportunities, which serve to validate your participation and continued proficiency in the principles and practices of Scrum. To maintain your certification from Scrum Alliance, you are required to earn a certain number of PDUs and SEUs every two years.

Your access to the Support Team is for lifetime and will be available 24/7. The team will help you in resolving queries, during and after the course.

This will include registrant application to any of our CSPO education partner scheduled public classes, and where the registrant has already paid for the class. The below T&C would not apply to registrants signing up by way of a Purchase Order. All cancellations and reschedules must be notified over email.



A) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CUSTOMER

  • Cancellations received within 24 hours of registration would be offered a full refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 10 days to the training would not be offered a refund. As a courtesy, we could allow you to apply 50% of your payment towards a future training program within one year of the cancellation date.
  • Cancellations 1-3 days prior to class and no-shows would not be offered a refund and the amount would not be credited to a future training.
  • Reschedules received greater than 15 days to the class would be credited to a future training date.
  • Reschedules received less than 10 days would be credited to a future training but with 10% (of standard fee) reschedule charge.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.
  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.

B) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY  OUR EDUCATION PARTNER

  • Our CSPO education partner reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our CSPO education partner is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.
  • Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant

  • Once you are successfully completed your project (Reviewed by the Certhippo experts), you will be awarded with Certhippo's Selenium Training certificate.
